Description

View of the Courthouse in Guelma, an imposing building with tiled roof and entrance gate, surrounded by trees. On the reverse, handwritten address to M. d'Emoiville Marqueritte in Marseille, with an Algerian 12-cent postage stamp and postmark. The writing is partially faded and the card shows stains and creases.
