View of the Saint-Michel Gate in Guérande, a medieval fortress defended by two round towers, with printed text describing its Roman and Gallo-Roman history. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Blanche in Paris, 15-centime stamps, dispatch postmark from Nantes dated 18 August 1932, and distribution postmark from Paris dated 21 July 1932.
