View of the Hall of Memory in Birmingham, a monumental building with dome and colonnades, surrounded by promenades and a few passersby. The reverse features handwritten French text addressed to 'Monsieur U. Adam' in Hattlebury, dated September 10, with a British postmark and a Birmingham cancellation.
