The back features handwritten text addressed to 'My dear Gilberte' and an address to 'Mademoiselle f. Drean, Bucy-le-Long, Creuse'. A 10-centime stamp is affixed, canceled with a postmark from Chalus (Haute-Vienne) dated August 28, 1903.
