Portrait of a man in a dark suit and black tie holding a large bouquet of colorful flowers. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated Wednesday, December 29, 1915, sent to a grandmother by Paul Hureau, wishing her a good and happy New Year 1916 and mentioning his departure for the front. The front bears the inscription 'Bonne et heureuse année' and the serial number PEX 4597.
