Description

Gothic astronomical clock in carved walnut, 1.80 meters tall, with a celestial dial, barometer, and 4 Ages of Life. The reverse details its mechanism: Death strikes at the half-hour, the Old Man at 6 p.m., and the Rooster sings at noon. Signed A. Brigaland, watchmaker of Saint-André-de-l'Eure.
