Interior of the Grande Salle of the Hôtel Dieu in Beaune, with rows of chairs, an altar at the back, and a large stained-glass window. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Bernard d'Écault in Cerdancy, with two stamps and two cancellations: 'COTE D'OR 23 JUIN 1908' and 'SUSSEY 29 JUIN 1908'.
