The reverse notes that the castle is one of Dublin's main beauty spots, with views of the city and the Wicklow Mountains, and mentions the island as a bird sanctuary. The publisher is John Hinde Limited, Cabinteely, Ireland. The postcard was sent to Miss Nlle. C. Vandal in Paris, with a 5p green stamp and a 1969 postmark.
