View of a commemorative column on the island of Saint-Cast, erected to celebrate the French victory of September 11, 1758. The reverse features handwritten correspondence addressed to Mme Michel Carre in Bygons, with a French postmark from 1917 and a cancellation stamp from Matignon (Côtes-d'Armor).
