Description

Color illustration of Alassio, depicting the Saint Ambroise church with its bell tower and dome, in front of a hillside landscape. Printed text at the top and bottom indicates the publisher J. Velten, Karlsruhe, and the serial number 1443. The artist, Daniel Lorentz, is signed at the bottom right with the date 1897. The reverse side presents the typical instructions of an Italian postcard from that era, with space for the address and a mention of the publisher.
