Description

Humorous illustration of three characters (a woman in a long dress, a man in a hat, and a woman in a short dress) admiring a skyscraper, with English dialogue bubbles: « THAT'S THE HIGHEST I'VE EVER SEEN ! » and « BY HECK ! IT'S THE HIGHEST I'VE EVER SEEN TOO !!! ». The back features a handwritten address to Mr. Howland at 3-Cutcomb Manicou, Denmark Hill, London, with a green 3 pence stamp (1915) and a cancellation from Richmond, Surrey, dated 23 December 1915. The sender is S. Mayes.
