The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Henry de La Valette at Château de Courbeau, dated 12-1-16, sent from Sarrians by a woman named Yvonne. A 10-centime stamp and two postmarks from Sarrians (13-1-16) are on the front.
