Humorous illustration showing a man carrying on his back a load of buildings, including the Leaning Tower of Pisa, with the Leaning Tower of Pisa in the background. The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to M. A. Sertaine in Poissonnières, Paris, dated November 13, 1916, with an Italian 10 centesimi postage stamp canceled and a Paris distribution postmark.
