View of the Paris floods from January 26 to 27, 1910, showing the Invalides Line submerged and turned into a canal, with pedestrians and a carriage on a partially flooded bridge. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated February 16, 1910, addressed to Monsieur Perronne in Besançon, with a red stamp and two Paris cancellations.
