Black and white view of the interior of the abbey, showing an arched vaulted gallery supported by carved columns, with natural lighting coming from the end. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mrs. Carrier-Belleuse in Montmorency, with a 10-centime postmark and two cancellations: 'SAINT-GERMAIN-EN-LAYE' and 'PARIS'.
