Scene of peasants dancing the bourrée in traditional costume, with a man in a top hat and a woman in a white headdress. Printed text at the bottom: 'ISSOIRE - PEASANTS DANCING THE BOURRÉE (1880)'. Reverse: handwritten address to Madame Marthe Merle in Paris, 10-centime postage stamp, and a Clermont-Ferrand cancellation dated October 10-11, 1902.
