Description

Color illustration of an interior Japanese scene with three women in kimono sitting in seiza position, in a room decorated with plants and a fan. On the reverse, a multilingual postcard (German, French, Italian, Russian, English) with handwritten text addressed to 'Suzanne Carlu, 31 Rue Pousse-Alphérane, Aix-en-Provence'. A Japanese 25 yen stamp is affixed at the bottom left, with a partial cancellation.
