Reproduction of a painting by John Russell depicting a young girl in a white dress holding a basket of cherries and presenting two cherries to view. On the reverse, a handwritten inscription indicates 'Jeune Concours Nourmouy' and 'Cedex 3450. PARIS Concours'. A French postage stamp from 1935 is affixed with cancellation from Dinard. The publisher is mentioned at the bottom left: 'Musée du Louvre (École Anglaise). Cinq roses lis.'
