Postcard illustrating Joseph Barra, a 14-year-old citizen who died for the Fatherland, with an engraving of his portrait and a commemorative text. The reverse indicates that he was captured by the Vendéans, ordered to shout 'Vive le Roi', and responded with 'Vive la République', before being pierced with blows.
