Description

Easter postcard decorated with a bouquet of violets, yellow primroses, and weeping willow branches, adorned with a golden bell and a ribbon. The back has a handwritten letter dated April 4, 1931, written to 'My Dearest Jane' from Marseille, describing the waiting for Easter bells and the memory of a blue sky and frog song. A postage stamp is affixed at the bottom right.
