Sepia-toned aerial view of Kaysersberg Castle, with its ruins and keep overlooking a village nestled between wooded hills. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 17/30/1948, addressed to Madame M. Chap, 7 Rue Chorny, Paris 12e, with a red 6-centime stamp and a postmark from Saverne (Bas-Rhin).
