Description

View of Alsace-Lorraine Square in Lorient, centered on a music kiosk surrounded by buildings and a few passersby. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated May 1st, 1918, addressed to a 'dear sister,' mentioning Sunday memories and a request for information to Mr. Thiebaut in Paris or Toulouse. The reverse bears a postmark from Lorient and a stamp.
