View of Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville in Romans, centered on an octagonal kiosk with a conical roof, surrounded by bare trees and benches. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Mrs. Anna Fabre in Draguignan (Var), dated April 26, 1930, with a 15-centime green stamp and a postmark from Générac.
