View of the Place de la République in Toul, featuring a wrought-iron music kiosk adorned with a dome and lantern, in front of a building with balconies. On the back, a handwritten letter dated 16 May 1924, addressed to 'P.H.-R. Douai (Mr. and Mrs.)', with a 1.10 franc stamp and a cancellation 'Toul 16 May 24'.
