Colored view of the Stolzenfels Castle overlooking the Lahn River, with the city of Coblenz in the background. The reverse bears handwritten text dated 16 May 1919, addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Parapelle in Paris, mentioning a visit by Mrs. Kolin and an illustrated postcard sent. The stamp and postmark are visible at the bottom right.
