Black and white aerial view of the village of Todtmoos, nestled in a valley surrounded by forests and hills, with a large guest house at the bottom left. The back has a handwritten letter dated April 4, 1947, sent from Todtmoos to Paris, with a 15-franc stamp and a military postmark 'POSTE AUX ARMÉES'.
