Description

Monochrome illustration of a couple sitting indoors with a small dog at their feet, depicting an intimate scene. The printed text identifies the work as 'L'Époque heureuse' by Boilly, dated 1826, and is part of the series 'Les Maîtres de l'Estampe sous la Restauration'. The reverse is blank, with water stains, and bears the inscription 'Carte Postale' in several languages, as well as the publisher's address: 'Neurrien Frères, 149, Crête, Sèvres - Paris - Courbevoie'.
