Description

Colorized view of a river bordered by palm trees and rocks, taken from a palm leaf shelter. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 4, 1917, addressed to 'Mes très chers parents', mentioning a return to Tébessa and family memories. The postmark is canceled to the address of the publisher.
