Description

Black and white panoramic view of a village nestled in a mountainous landscape, with rocks in the foreground and scattered houses on the slopes. The back has handwritten text dated August 26, 1946, addressed to Madame and Monsieur Pierre Grandbache in Reims, with the indication « LA BOUREOULE — The Rocks and the Town » at the bottom. French Republic 11.50 franc stamp, postmarked in La Bouroule.
