Description

Overview of the Rouen Cathedral, with inscription detailing its construction on the ruins of a Romanesque church, its architects (Jean d'Andely, Ingelram, Jean Dary, Guillaume Pontill, Rouland le Roux) and its 152 m spire. On the reverse, a handwritten message from 'Marie Louise Ronnot' to 'Madame' in Groslay, with sender's address in Rouen and a 50 centimes French postmark canceled.
