Description

Black and white view of the medieval city of Carcassonne, highlighting the Porte de l'Aude and its stone walls. Printed text on the front identifies the subject. On the reverse, an inscription states that correspondence on the front is not accepted by all foreign countries. A green 5-centime stamp is affixed, cancelled with a circular postmark of 'AIGUES-ALPES' dated 11 June 1907.
