View of steep cliffs and waves breaking on the rocks, with printed text at the top: 'The Côte d'Argent — Vallières — Its Climate, Its Beaches, Its Forests'. On the back, a handwritten address to Madame J. Texier in La Rochelle, a 20-centime postal stamp of the French Republic dated July 21, 1932, and a postmark from Royan.
