Lively flower market on the French Riviera, with colorful stalls of chrysanthemums and lilies under yellow umbrellas. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated February 6, 1940, addressed to Henri Barraud in Nice, with a postmark from Cap Levant, Nice, and the printed inscriptions 'Correspondance' and 'Adressé'.
