View of the Gothic ruins of the Augustins Abbey in Couronne, dating from the 12th and 15th centuries, with stone arches and columns partially covered in vegetation. Reverse: green 10-centime stamp, Charente postmark, handwritten address to Madame Caragon, 19 rue de Nantes, Paris, and signature of J. Chabal.
