Breton dance scene with four people in regional costumes, one woman in the center appears to be intervening. Printed text at the bottom: '181. THE DANCE IN BRETAGNE. It sometimes ends in blows; jealous love and cider helping.' Reverse: handwritten address to Miss Augustine Chatebo in Chartres, Courcet, with a note of friendship. Green 5-centime stamp of the French Republic, canceled at 'CAMAISOS (C)'.
