Description

Bronze statue of young Jean Racine, erected in La Ferté-Milon (Aisne) and unveiled on 2 October 1910 under the presidency of Jules Lemaitre. The base has a plaque with a carved scene and the name of the poet. On the reverse, a postcard dated 29 November 1923, sent from La Ferté-Milon to Briionne (Eure), with a 5-centime stamp and a delivery postmark.
