Pilgrimage to the Grotto of Lourdes under the statue of Our Lady of Lourdes, with people sitting on benches outdoors under a rainy sky, some holding umbrellas. The back has a handwritten address to Abbé Chaurias in Chaudanne, a red 10-centime stamp, and a postmark from Lourdes dated August 9, 1909.
