Devastated view of the Cités Stiffel district and Hellirule Street in Saint-Dié, after a deliberate German fire in August 1914. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated April 15, 1915, sent to Mr. Renard in Metzbonne (Haute-Savoie), with a stamp and cancellation from Montreux (Savoie) dated April 17, 1915.
