Black and white view of a winding path through a dense forest of pines and oaks, with knotted tree trunks forming a natural frame. On the back, a handwritten note dated July 28, 1962, addressed to 'Paudette', mentions the location at La Lande (1410) and describes the landscape as 'well wooded'. The publisher 'Elcie' is signed at the bottom right of the front.
