Black and white view of the entrance to the port of La Rochelle, with fortified towers and several sailing boats. On the back, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame and Mr. Sergent in Nointel-le-Sec (Seine), with two stamps (25c violet and 50c red) and a cancellation stamp from La Rochelle. The text mentions a good trip and health.
