View of the steep path of the Pas de l'Echelle on Le Salève, with a staircase path between rocky cliffs and dense vegetation. Reverse: postcard sent to Madame Piétié in Lyon, dated September 9, 1916, with a 10c stamp and postmark from Anthemont (Savoie).
