Description

View of the Haute-Côme abbey with its church and bell tower, located on the edge of a watercourse, surrounded by wooded hills. The printed text mentions its foundation by Saint Bernard (1125-1135), its role as a funeral chapel for the Dukes and Counts of Savoy, and its three naves and interior paintings. The reverse is blank, with the typical correspondence and address areas of a postcard.
