Description

View of the Romanesque grand portal of the church in La Souterraine, western side, dating from the 11th century, with its pointed arches and carvings. The printed text identifies the location and publisher. On the reverse, a 15-centime French postcard, stamped and addressed to Madame Barrié in Abbeville (Somme), with the handwritten inscription 'Bons baisers, Joassine'.
