Description

Satirical postcard illustrating the 'Alcohol Question' in front of the Chamber of Deputies, with a sign 'Rights on Alcohol' and stones engraved with numbers. The reverse has a handwritten address to M. L'Horreur in Paris and a green 1913 stamp canceled in Lyon. The handwritten text on the front asks, 'What does the Government think?' and answers: 'Alcohol is a food.'
