Description

View of the Langeais Castle, west side, with its medieval architecture and French-style garden. Printed text mentions its construction around 1465 and the marriage of Charles VII with Anne of Brittany celebrated in 1491. Reverse: handwritten address to Mr. Henry in Brest, 5 centimes postage stamp, and a postmark from Langeais dated May 23, 1915.
