Description

View of the Langeais castle, whose west facade is adorned with conical towers and a French-style garden in the foreground. The printed text indicates it was built in the 13th century by Pierre de Brosse, minister to Philippe-le-Hardi. On the reverse, the publisher is A. Boucher, Tours, and the card is addressed to M. Charpin in Cordorcet, with handwritten writing visible.
