View of the Gate of the Mill in Langres, a monumental stone entrance with a dome and carved pediment, where three men are walking in front. On the reverse, the card is marked 'Military Correspondence' and addressed to Monsieur Quiguer in Paris, with handwritten writing indicating 'En route from Cosnes' and the signature of Amédée.
