Illustrated postcard of an oval portrait of Racine, attributed to de Troy, presented as one of the few portraits of the poet painted during his lifetime. The reverse bears a handwritten correspondence addressed to M. Poucic in Paris, with two French 10-centime stamps canceled at the Paris post office address.
