Postcard showing the Château de Murols, located on a basalt hilltop at 929 meters altitude, described as one of the most formidable fortresses of feudalism. The text mentions historical sieges in 1532 and 1632. Reverse: blue 1930 stamp, postmark 'LES BAINS DU MONT-DÔRE 17 VI 30', handwritten address to Madame and Monsieur Leclier at Beauvrau (Oise), and signature of J. Gouttefanges.
