Description

View of the ruined feudal castle dating from the 12th century, with a round tower and remnants of walls. Printed text describes its history: belonging to the Chamba family, then to Gaspard d'Estaing, husband of Jeanne de Murols, and purchased in 1770 by Mgr de Lagarise, bishop of Clermont. Reverse: postcard by J. Goutehanges, Publisher, Puy-de-Dôme (P.-de-D.), with partially readable postmark and cancellation.
